Property was really clean and well maintained.
During our stay, my cousin booked a taxi through the hotel, but unfortunately, the driver overcharged us when going to Parc Güell. The ride should have cost around 10–15 euros, but we were charged 35 euros instead. I understand this was not the hotel’s fault, but it was a disappointing experience during our visit. On the last day, we also noticed some ants on the terrace/sofa area. However, Devi (a lovely lady from the afternoon shift) was very attentive and quick to assist whenever we had concerns about this. She truly stood out with her kindness and efficiency. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants / cafes/ bakeries nearby and easy access to the Metro.

Great location and facilities-nice bar and very friendly staff-the room was simple and clean with kitchen facilities to reheat the delicious food of Barcelona that I didn’t want to leave behind at the restaurant! Very close to the Fontana metro station in Gracia,just a couple stops from Eixample and Barri Gotic. Would definitely stay there again

It was super clean and super comfortable. The stuff is amazingly nice and helpful. The location is great - 20 minutes walking to La Sagrada Familia.

I liked everything in this hotel apartment. As my experience it is 4 star instead of 3. The last day in hotel’s coffee I asked one glass Rebera del duero wine, they served it maybe only 10% less than normal size free of charge because bottle finished.

It’s cleanliness
The room was very spacious and larger than most places we’ve stayed in Europe. The front desk staff were always available and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and worth the value we paid for. It was also open late enough so we didn’t need to get up too early. Close location to restaurants, shopping, and the Metro. It was within walking distance to most attractions in the area.
